dcrlx (the "Service") is a job-discovery and automated-application tool. We crawl public job boards, present roles you can filter and save, and — for Pro subscribers — run automated application agents on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Authentication is via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to the Google account you used to register. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Pro is €150 / month, billed by Stripe at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal accessible inside the product; access continues until the end of the current period (no pro-rated refund).
You may not: (a) use dcrlx to send spam, harass recruiters, or apply to roles you have no genuine interest in at a scale that disrupts the hiring company; (b) reverse-engineer the agents to extract our prompts, models, or evaluation logic; (c) resell access to dcrlx.
The Pro auto-apply agent submits applications using information you provide (CV, profile, answers to common screening questions). You are responsible for the truthfulness of that information. We are not party to any employment relationship that may follow.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, except where EU consumer law grants you the right to bring action in your country of residence.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-product at least 14 days before they take effect.
